Self explanitory really it means if you've in black made thundurus roaming or say raikou roaming in 4th gen

Yeah,you should probably get a second opinion still just incase because ive never really rngd a roamer (for people wondering how i got latios i got it by enigma stone on HG)

I'm not trying to RNG a roamer - there's just a 'roamer released' tickbox that I din't know whether to tick or not.

The RNG advances by one when you load your game in order to work out which route the Tornadus is going to be on. Therefore the frame will be 1 off if you have a roamer around.

If you tick the box to say that you have a roamer it will correct the frame numbers to account for the one used for the roamer.


tl;dr if there is a roamer running around then tick the box, otherwise don't. Then just RNG normally.
